Villa Cihan is located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz. Our villa is within walking distance to shopping centers and is situated 3 km from Ölüdeniz Beach. With a magnificent view of the world-renowned Babadağ, our villa, built on a 700 square meter plot, offers a capacity of up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms. NOTE: It can be rented together with the adjacent Villa Kartal. House Features: Living Room: Includes a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, dining table, and chairs. Kitchen: A modern open-plan American kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, tea maker, kettle, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans, dining set, etc., fully furnished. Garden: Features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, dining table and chairs, hammock, and barbecue. Pool: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m, and the depth is 1.50 meters. Bedrooms:

1. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, shared bathroom/WC.
2. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, shared bathroom/WC.
3. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds, air conditioning, nightstand, shared bathroom/WC.

Damage Deposit: A cash damage deposit of 3000 TL is collected upon check-in. This amount is refunded on the departure day if there are no damages, losses, breakages, etc., in the villa. NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for reservations under the minimum stay period. Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in for all our villas is after 16:00 in the afternoon, and check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Due to the cleaning of our villas and necessary inspections to ensure all requirements are met, we kindly ask our villa guests to adhere to these times. Important Information: Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price. No additional charges are requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, guidance services, health, etc., insurances are not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed.
