Villa Kartal

Villa Kartal is a 4-bedroom villa located in the Ovacık area of Ölüdeniz, with a total capacity of 7 people. Our villa is within walking distance of shopping centers and is situated 3 km from Ölüdeniz Beach.

NOTE: It can be rented together with the adjacent Villa Cihan.

Interior Features:

Living Room: The living room includes a seating group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, dining table, and chairs.

Kitchen: The modern open American kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, kettle, washing machine, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, toaster, dishwasher, cutlery, pots and pans, dinnerware, etc.

Garden: The garden features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, dining table, chairs, hammock, and barbecue.

Pool: The dimensions of the private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m, with a depth of 1.50 m.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, en-suite bathroom/WC
Bedroom 2: 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, en-suite bathroom/WC
Bedroom 3: 1 single bed, wardrobe, air conditioning, bedside table, shared bathroom/WC

Damage Deposit:

A cash damage deposit of 3000 TL is required at check-in. This amount will be refunded on the day of departure, provided there are no damages, losses, or breakages in the villa.

NOTE: An additional cleaning fee of 2500 TL applies to reservations below the minimum stay period.

Check-In and Check-Out Times:

Check-in time for all our villas is 16:00 in the afternoon, and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. Due to the need to clean and inspect the villas and complete any necessary maintenance, we kindly ask our villa guests to adhere to these times.

Important Information:

Electricity, water, and gas charges are included in the villa rental price, and no additional fees are required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, car rental, guide services, and health insurance are not included in the prices. Regular pest control is carried out in all our villas located in natural settings. However, there may still be butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the vicinity. Periodic infrastructure work may be conducted in the regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, there may be road construction, power, and water outages.
